The validator needs to be reimplemented from scratch. Previously it was 
the OWLSReader producing warnings and errors but there is no notion of 
OWLSReader in the new version. All functions interact with the 
underlying RDF/OWL model directly. Therefore we need a completely new 
validator that will traverse the structures API provides and check for 
errors. I'm planning to provide a simple validator in the future but it 
is not a high priority task at this point.
