A tip...*emphasis can be read as being a demand* ;)
But really, you should be doing better than this. I went to the OWL-S
API homepage (via google) and saw a link for...wait for
it..."Documentation". Clicking on this link takes me to:
http://www.mindswap.org/2004/owl-s/api/doc/
There is a lovely table of contents:
"""Contents
1. API javadocs
2. Service examples
3. Reading/writing service descriptions
4. OWL-S Validation
5. Loading cached ontologies
6. Executing services
7. Execution monitoring
8. Creating composite processes
9. Using OWL resources
10. WSDL support"""
And lo and behold, there are links to all these topics.
Now, the OWL-S API isn't the best documented thing in the
world...but...it's free and does a pretty nice job of, well, everything
OWL-S related. But you might consider your research methodology if you
can find what was already clearly there.
Given how nice those pointers are, I hope you don't feel the need for
*more exact pointers*. But you should ask why even that much pointering
was necessary. Due diligence is a virture.

Then have at it. I hope you've at least downloaded the package and
seen, oh, the docs directory and the examples directory.

Your welcome. I also suggest you look before you ask. Try to solve the
problem you have before asking.
Cheers,
