You might want to try updating your version of the API.  1.0.1 beta is from 
nearly two years ago.  There's a link to the latest build (1.1) and there is 
also a nightly build available at the downloads page -- 
http://www.mindswap.org/2004/owl-s/api/download.shtml.

I am having some problems with versions...I am using Protege 3.1 and the
plug-in OWL-S. The generate OWL-S 1.1 versions. I am using OWL-S API to
execute my OWL-S files. I am using OWL-S API 1.0.1 beta. Is OWL-S API
compatible with OWL-S 1.1? I am receiving a null error that I think it is
not normal...

If OWL-S API doesn't support OWL-S 1.1 now, do you have a noghtly version
that support it?
