[owl-s] Documentation of OWL-S API

Hi Manuele,

as far as I remember, there is no UML class hierarchy diagram for 
1.1-beta. Unfortunately, neighter for 2.0, 3.0. If time permits, I can 
create one for the top-level classes/interfaces and put it on the Web 
site.

Concerning version 3.0 and later, you can find Javadocs here

Most important features are documented here

I also suggest to have a look into the classes in package examples. Even 
though some of them currently produce failures at runtime, they 
demonstrate important features of the API.
