Peter,

I fully agree with Alan and also don't understand why adding annotations 
into a restriction would have any impact on the semantics.  Perhaps I am 
missing something fundamental, but tools like Protege simply ignore 
annotation property values during the extraction of the DIG stream on 
its way to the reasoner.  I guess other tools could and should do the 
same.  Why is there a problem?
