Hey Holger,
This isn't an answer, but just a heads up that I'm looking into the
answer.  Barring a declaration from Evren, I'll be poking at this as a
way to help speed up the pellet servlet.

I do know that there is research going on by Chris Halaschek to more
efficiently support incremental classification and deletion.  However, I
don't know the status of this, or even how well it can be exposed
through the Jena interface.
