Trying to prep for the demo (Re: [Swoop] Abstract Syntax Parsing - URGENT)

I have played with Swoop a lot today but didn't encounter any fatal 
errors.That is...until a couple of hours ago. Now I'm having problems 
with Pellet on some files, namely Tambis and OWL-S 1.1 Profile. These 
ontologies sometimes work but sometimes they get stuck or a 
StackOverflownError is throwm. This is due to internal Pellet problems 
and I don't think we can fix this problem now :( Ron, the problem seems 
to be in the absorb function so that might be the same bug I sent you 
before.

Other than that I don't get exceptions or errors. If there is something 
I can work on, let me know.
