[Swoop] More NCI thoughts

Talking with jen, I confirmed some suspicions and got some more info.
So,

1) Protege now loads NCI in about 10 minutes. We should be able to do
as good.
2) Protege starts with a fairly minimally expanded class tree, i.e.,
just one level deep. Swoop, as i understand it, starts with the tree
fully expanded.
3) She's never fully expanded NCIs class tree in Protege

It's my believe that Jtree is unlikely to handle the sheer number of
nodes involved. Or, at least, it'd take a hell of a long time and it's
actually particularly useful. So, my next experimental thought is to
try opening the tree in mostly closed mode.

I also think that we're going to want to have a pure syntax browsing
mode, i.e., no rdfs reasoner.

Actually, this could be an argument for the "single pane html" view. I
wonder if JEditor can handle a couple of hundred k html file.

Cheers,
Bijan.
